Bumpy App is having the largest percentage of verified users!
The Bumpy team is very pleased to announce that our social networking app "Bumpy" records amazing statistics that could be characterized as a world record compared to existing similar applications. Bumpy is the safest social networking app for making new friends around the world, with the largest percentage of verified users.
Bumpy is the app with the largest percentage of verified users compared to our competitor apps: Ablo, Yubo, Wink, dating apps like Tinder, or others.
Bumpy has a vast 87% active verified users worldwide.
According to the Sample Size Calculation research method, which we used in our research, our number of active verified users is 8x bigger than Yubo and 7x bigger than Tinder. The leading competitor Ablo doesn’t have verification at all.
The Sample Size Calculation research method is known for having the possibility of error in the final research result that does not exceed 5%.
We applied this popular research method with the goal of getting an approximate view of how many users are verified in Yubo or Tinder. The team swiped a sample size of 350 profiles in three cities: New York City, London, and Hong Kong. The percentage of verified Tinder users is ~13% and the percentage of verified Yubo users is ~11%.
According to the US Federal Trading Commission's report on Consumer Protection, more than 95,000 people reported about $770 million in losses to fraud initiated on social media platforms in 2021.
Those losses account for about 25% of all reported losses to fraud in 2021 and represent a stunning 18x increase over 2017 reported losses. Reports are up for every age group, but people 18 to 39 were more than twice as likely as older adults to report losing money to these scams in 2021.
Bumpy already has more than 200,000 registered users around the world in bulk with ages from 21 to 35, of which 21% of them are banned due to scams, spam, or harassment.
“We believe making new friends all over the world has to be real, honest, and friendly without scams, spam, or harassment. Our ultimate goal is to be the industry leader in meeting new people online with 99% active verified users while simultaneously providing enjoyable and trustful new connections for everyone.”, said Mark Prutskyi, CEO & Co-Founder.
Bumpy (iOS) has a unique, fast, and simple interface with Map & Cards to meet new people around the world. With Map, users can find locals from all over the world, for example, from warm Mexico or cold Norway.
All users on Map are verified because only verified users can show themselves on Map. With Cards, users can swipe users’ profiles with a high percentage being real and verified.
Users can explore users’ profiles on Map or Cards and send them Hello. If it’s mutual, they will have a “Bump” that allows chatting with each other.
By chatting in the app, Bumpy limits unverified users by limited characters per day, sending unusual messages (for example, messages with an email address or a social media link), photos, or making video calls. To chat with unverified users safely and motivate users to pass verification.
Also, Bumpy can recognize scams, spam, or harassment messages from verified users, for example, asking about money or investments in crypto coins. It makes chatting in the app with trust and honesty.
Each user’s verification request pass customer support via Bumpy CRM. Suppose that users passed the verification process successfully and got a verification badge but changed avatars. In that case, Bumpy will remove the verification badge from them and send their new avatars to customer support for pending review. It allows close a gap for fakes that are significantly popular in social networking and dating industries.
